How do I navigate Lexis Uni to find a specific journal?

Answer

If you want to only search the International Journal of Refugee Law in Nexis Uni, here is the best way to do that:

1. Go to Nexis-Uni (https://ezproxy.centre.edu/login?url=http://www.nexisuni.com)
2. On the Nexis Uni home page, click on the Menu drop-down list at the top, left of the page (right next to the Nexis-Uni Logo) and select “All sources.”
3. In the top box on the left, called Search within Sources, enter the journal name and click the magnifying glass to search.
4. The International Journal of Refugee Law comes up as the only search result. Click on the journal name. Then click on Add source as search filter.
5. After you click on that, if you look back up to the main search bar in the middle of the top of the page (to the right of the Nexis logo and the menu dropdown), you’ll see the menu bar now specifies it is searching in the International Journal of Refugee Law. In the search box, type in your search terms and only the International Journal of Refugee Law will be searched.
