I could print, but now I can't.

Ask if they have a Mac and have recently changed their password? Are they getting the Hold for Authentication message? 


Answer

Go to ITS helpdesk tab on CentreNet, then click on the online knowledge base. Select printers and select "hold for authentication". Follow those steps and that should solve the problem.
